This year marks the 5-year anniversary of the bipartisan legislation called the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act. This reform law was designed to modernize U.S. industrial chemical policy to promote health and prevent harmful chemicals from accessing the U.S. market, but has it lived up to its promise?
