Steven King runs Offshore Spars, a company in Macomb County that manufactures seamless moulded and autoclave cured carbon fiber sailboat masts, booms, and spinnaker poles. The company was born out of a need that came directly from the Great Lakes and  represents the opportunities for growth in water related industries around the basin.
